For those of you that were unaware, an achievement was put into the game that entailed killing all of the Horde leaders; Thrall, Lady Sylvannas, Cairne Bloodhoof, and Lor'Themar Theron. The achievement isn't designed to be done pre-WotLK due to the leaders being level 83 among various guards that range from levels 75-83 themselves. Coupled with the usual Horde interference and it's easy to see how this could be a bitch of a task bigger even than Smore's mom. RD took some 40 man raids and managed to kill Sylvannas and Theron, but quickly realized we'd need more than 40 to accommodate the volume of horde in Orgrimmar and the massive difficulty of Cairne. Aaryndon and the rest of VoA agreed to join us with their own raid and, along with a few people from various other guilds, we rode ~80 deep and took down Thrall and Cairne. The amount of coordination that had to go on to pull this off can't even be fathomed. Between cycling one raid into the other for kill credit to making sure people didn't go up the fucking lift before we were ready, everything had to rotate perfectly. Everyone that took part in any of the raids deserve huge props, we pulled something off that no one is ever supposed to be able to.
Here's a screenshot I took the first time we attempted Sylvannas:
Here's one from the first time we tried Thrall:
There were quite a few horde there, those screenshots don't really do it justice because we probably killed just as many horde as are alive in those. That was also before we started with two raids.
Unrelated but I found this while I was going through my screenshots, it's a screenshot I took of one of our KJ encounters that I thought looked cool:

Maybe next time you should check if you have all your gear on before an attempt!
It's funny, though, when I was looking at that screenshot I was like "why the hell does trav look so weird?"... Apparently it's because you were naked.
