BT loot for sale?

Unread post by sonija » Mon Jun 23, 2008 6:43 pm

Hi, I'm interested in obtaining the [item]Staff of Immaculate Recovery[/item] for a reasonable price. I am a recent transfer and have experience up to Felmyst attempts on both rogue and priest classes.

SnM has declined to sell me one at a reasonable price (5,000g) because I wouldn't join their guild so I hope you guys can fulfill this request and sell me the staff at a reasonable price.

Thanks for reading

I have absolutely no say and don't know what the hell i'm talking about.

But I don't think we tend to sell loot.

To say we never have would be a lie. But I agree, I assume it is against the Lord Captain Commander's directives.

I wouldn't totally dismiss the idea though. Could be very profitable.. and keep the demand for running BT in the future. I for one want to keep us going to BT for a long time.. I will need to get those warglaives eventually. :-o

Msdrood, Prometus, Kaideliara, or Sightless will be able to answer your question. If they don't respond in here by Saturday, just send them a message in game.

Also, while I have no doubt SnM gave you some ridiculously high and unfair price, I honestly don't know what would be considered "reasonable." Since you know what an "unreasonable" price would be, could you tell us what you'd be willing to pay reasonably? That will probably help them decide if making the arrangements is worth it.

Looks to me like he considers 5,000g a reasonable price. At least that's what he offered SnM.

Hmm, well I currently use S3 Salvation / Voodoo Shaker and I have the Apostle of Argus. I mainly want to collect the Gurtogg staff for the looks and I'm a spirit stacking priest healer.

If you were in my shoes, what would be reasonable to pay a BT farming guild to get a small upgrade / sidegrade staff?

2,000g seems reasonable for all your troubles. 1,000g alone is enough to cover almost an entire raid of fully broken repairs. I take it you guys probably do Gurtogg pretty smoothly so there should be a great profit.

5 thousand gold is more than reasonable, i wouldn't pay that for any one item except a epic mount
